Project Goals: On every project, EnProCon sets four (4) goals to ensure a successful project completion. They are as follows:

  2. 100% client acceptance on quality – EnProCon’s quality system ensures all client quality specifications are met or exceeded
  3. Project completion on time – EnProCon project management ensures all agreed deliverables are completed and accepted within agreed project timeframe
    1. Project completion within budget – EnProCon project management ensures client value and return on investment are maximized by completing the project within budget
